Hi, I’m Julia
I’m a psychotherapist and coach based in California. I have a holistic (mind-body-spirit) approach to therapy. Through this lens, I support my clients with a range of life challenges like life transitions & self discovery, relationship issues, trauma, insomnia, energy sensitivity, and integrating powerful spiritual experiences.

I believe that every one of us is remarkable and whole. Years of trauma and wounding can add layers of unhelpful patterns in the way we move about the world. We often begin to accept these patterns as simply a part of us. The energy of these wounds can be so pronounced that we begin to feel stuck or unfulfilled in certain aspects of our life—our relationships, our career, our physical wellbeing and our overall sense of purpose. Together, we can honor and heal what has been holding you back, and help you get in touch with the parts of you that have been waiting eagerly to emerge.
What is it like to work with me?
My style is compassionate, lighthearted, and non-judgemental. I invite you to bring your full self to session — there is no topic or experience that is "too weird" for me.
I work intuitively with each client and often come up with exercises, visual meditations, and fun homework assignments on the spot. These are crafted specifically for you and serve just what your spirit is needing in that moment. Ritual work, journal prompts, and experiential games or challenges are some of the assignments I might give to you. These help you to integrate your session learnings into real life.
My goal is to help you connect to you more deeply to your own intuition and inner wisdom.
Sessions
I offer weekly sessions over Zoom. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
