A relationship status change, the birth of a new baby or death of a loved one, moving across the country, a change in job or career path—these are just some of the experiences a person may need support coping with.
Sometimes the transition happens inside of us: we go through a powerful spiritual emergence or begin to reconsider our gender or sexual identity.
I can support you through this process of seli-discovery with unconditional care and non-judgement.
Having healthy relationships with romantic partners, friends, family and coworkers is one of the most important aspects of a fulfilling life. Many of my clients wonder why their relationships haven’t improved, or why they keep falling into the same patterns.
Together we’ll look at these patterns to pinpoint where they come from, and we’ll gently guide you to find a more empowered and secure way of connecting. We’ll explore your attachment style, communication and interpersonal needs—all which can help your current relationships build intimacy and trust, and set the stage for future success.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the importance of going at a pace that feels emotionally safe—so that you can begin the process of healing while still functioning well in your day to day life. I’ll help you reconnect to your body in a safe and grounded way, teaching you somatic and energetic tools to help you regulate if you feel triggered.
Complex & Acute Trauma
As we open ourselves up to more than our usual five senses, this new perception of ourselves and the world around us can be quite challenging to adjust to. Through these experiences we begin to redefine our reality on physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels. Whether you are experiencing a sudden Kundalini Awakening or have been dealing with energy sensitivity since childhood, I can help you integrate this new way of being into your day to day life, so you can thrive and grow into the person you were always meant to be. Psychedelic Integration
I combine practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with intuitive techniques to help my clients achieve the restful sleep their body needs. Using CBT-I, we’ll explore how your daily habits impact your sleep and work together to improve your sleep hygiene. I also offer simple energy skills to help your body and mind feel safe, calm, and ready for sleep. Additionally, my background in dreamwork and lucid dreaming can be especially beneficial if unsettling dreams and trauma are contributing to your sleep issues.
