Dreamwork &
Lucid Dreaming
Many of my clients like to bring dream content to session, as a way to explore their inner world & unconscious mind.
Dreamwork allows you to tap into the rich symbolism and narratives of your dreams, uncovering hidden aspects of yourself and shedding light on unresolved issues. Through this process, you’re able to integrate fragmented parts of your psyche, leading to profound emotional healing and personal transformation.
Whether you are a seasoned Oneironaut (a person who explores their dream world), or find that you can rarely remember your dreams, we can work together on developing this muscle.
Lucid dreaming is especially fascinating—this is when you become aware in your dream and develop self agency within that astral space. The astral plane is a place where we’re able to explore, play, face our fears, pose questions to our unconscious mind and receive real answers we can work with. We may have visitations or healings from guides who offer real support that translates directly into waking life. There is a whole world on the other side of this waking reality that is waiting to support us on our soul’s journey.
Lucid dreaming is an ancient practice that is part of mystical traditions of many cultures worldwide. In Tibetan Buddhism, it is connected to a practice known as “Dream Yoga", one of the mental yogas. Just like how physical yoga helps us stretch our muscles and become more aware of our bodies & emotions, Lucid dreaming helps make our consciousness more flexible and more aware.
Tibetan Buddhists believe that the more aware we are in our dream state, the more aware we are in waking life. This awareness is a direct mirror to our personal development of consciousness.
If the world of dreaming is a place you’d like to explore as part of your healing & personal development journey, we can incorporate this into our work together.
